Every year Daffodil Polytechnic participates in ICT Carnival. In this year, the students of Daffodil Polytechnic Institute have also participated in this Carnival with their innovations.

The semi-final  was held on 25 May 2021, where top three innovations were selected for the final gala round. The innovations are Solar panel three wheeler electric car, Smart home automation and Smart online marketing solution.

Rudra Biswas, student of 1st Semester Computer Engineering says he came up with the idea to reduce the electric power consumption, and the car will run on solar energy. Naim Islam and Saficoll Islam Sajan’s team’s inivation is Smart Home Automation . The advantages of Smart Home Automation System is that all the electronics devices of a home can be controlled with the mobile phone. Now easily light, fan, Door, TV, AC can be controlled by sitting in one place and some of the devices will automatically turn on and turn off.

Online Smart Marketing solution is the project of Mr. Miraj Khan and Mr. Md. Saifullah, students of the Telecommunication Department.  Nowadays social media marketing and online platforms are managed from different platforms and solutions for different services, now this solution will help to manage all the services and options from one common platform. Innovators believe in a smart easy solution in E-commerce specially for the startup business.
