Mr. Masud Karim, Deputy Director & Center Head, Daffodil Institute of Science & Technology and College of Human Development, Uttara has been honored with “Sher e Bangla Golden Award” for his contribution in education sector of Bangladesh. He is also serving as Principal of Daffodil Institute of Science and Technology and Project Director for Daffodil Nursing College. In 21 September 2019, evening a charity organization named Alokito Manuser Janno Foundation has conferred this award among 30 educationalists in a program at Public Library VIP conference room. The nomination was given to 30 educationalists from all over Bangladesh based on data from Ministry of Education. 

Mr. Masud Karim is an alumnus of Daffodil Education Network. He has completed a BSc (Hon’s) in Computing and Information System from Daffodil Institute of IT, Banani campus UK. After that he has completed MSc in CSE from North South University and M.Phil in the same subject from University of Dhaka.
