Daffodil International College organized an online competition ‘Lockdown Genius’ for SSC passed out students. Due to COVID-19, all the academic activities are online and students are busy with their online classes. But the students who appeared for SSC-2020 are passing their days idy as they don’t have any curricular activities. Considering the mental and physical health of the SSC appeared candidates, DIC arranged a competition to explore their latent talent, to flourish their versatile genius through an online platform. 

There were four types of competitions in the ‘Lockdown Genius’. Such as:  

   1. Quiz Genius 

2. Poster Genius 

3. Video Genius 

4. Trailer Genius 

The Final round of ‘Lockdown Genius’ was held on 29 July’20. On that day, ‘Quiz Genius’ competition was live through Google meet. After the successful completion of the competition, the closing ceremony was held and the prizes were announced for the Champions and Runners up. Certificates were sent to the winners and all the participants through email. 

Prize money was also sent to the winners instantly by Bkash. 

This Grand Finale ended with the valuable speech of Lt Col Md. Zahirul Islam, Principal, Daffodil International College. In his speech, he congratulated the winners and wished all-round success of all the participants. He also encouraged them to use their time in the best possible way, to choose the right track in life for achieving a better success.
