Laptop distribution among DPI students held
As the first ever initiative for diploma Engineers, Daffodil Polytechnic Institute (DPI) has distributed laptops among its students free of cost on 19th May 2019 amid great enthusiasm and fervor. To face the challenge of the 21st century and the 4th Industrial Revolution, DPI has taken the initiative of the “One Student One Laptop” Project, which will greatly equip the students to explore modern science, technology, employability, and knowledge. It will also help the students to take themselves on the international stage.
In the history of technical education in Bangladesh, DPI distributed laptop free of cost among 32 talented students. Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Daffodil Family was present on the occasion as the Chief Guest to encourage the students. Mr. Md. Abdul Kuddus Sordar, Visitor, Bangladesh Technical Education Board, Mr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman CEO, Daffodil Family and Mr. K. M. Hasan Ripon, Executive Director, DPI along with the high officials and faculty members of BTEB and DPI.
