Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University ( DIU) has organized its 9^th Spot Recruitment Program with Ulkasemi Limited; Bangladesh’s Number 1 Semiconductor Design Service Company. The program was held at 71 Milonayoton on December 24, 2018. Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor of DIU was present in the program as the Chief Guest. Mohammed Enayetur Rahman, CEO & President, Kamruzzaman, Director, Core Engineer, Mr. Fazlul Karim, Project Manager, Ms. Shakila Ferdous, Manager, Human Resource of Ulkasemi Limited were present as Guests  of Honor in the program. Mr. Abu Taher Khan, Director, CDC of DIU presided over the function.

While addressing Professor Dr. YousufMahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor of DIU has asked the students and alumni to realize the differences between a student and examinee. He added that students should concern mainly with their basic knowledge mainly so that they can prepare themselves properly for their future career rather than just doing study for getting good CGPA. He shared some motivating minutes additionally from his useful life to empower the present crowd.

Mohammed Enayetur Rahman, CEO & President of Ulkasemi Limited shared about the uses and demands of Semiconductor with the present audience. He also pointed out about the foreign markets how they deal with this product and improving day by day. He also presided about the activities of his company and advised the students to make themselves prepare during their running semester life. In Addition, he also made a question & answer session with the students before the written test.

Aiming to spot recruitment, UlkasemiLimited offers this program especially for the students of DIU. About 49 outgoing students from the Department of EEE, CSE and Software Engineering and DIU alumni took part in written test. Successful candidates from the written test will be called for 2^nd phase interview soon. This Spot Recruitment Program with Ulkasemi Limitedwill be continued and hope that the new program will also be arranged very soon.
