Daffodil International School , Uttara has  organized a virtual Parents Teacher Meeting -1 on 12th September, 2020. The parents took part in the event enthusiastically in the event and were very responsive in the new normal meet up session.

DIS organizes the event regularly and this time it took a different form considering the pandemic situation. The main objective of the meeting is to create a common platform, where teachers and parents come together to discuss student’s performance and devise ways to enrich their learning experience.

Mr. Abu Saleh Md Hasan, AVP of DIS Uttara, has inaugurated the meeting with welcoming remarks. The section In Charges have briefed the parents about their ward’s performance and the etiquettes. Together they have identified the areas of strength and weakness of the child and sorted out ways to boost the child’s performance.

Dr. Md Mahmudul Hassan, Principal of DIS, has encouraged parents to appreciate and encourage student’s participation in all academic activities. He has stated, this will help to create the necessary consciousness among parents to stimulate their interest in the students and the school.

The meeting has been initiated to create better understanding between parents and teachers and built harmonious relationships between the school and the community.
