To inspire the young talents, recognize their contribution and develop them to ensure organizational growth, Bangladesh Skill Development Institute organized a special workshop on Inclusive Leadership. In this special workshop the participants took part in the activity, asked questions, took part in group discussion and debated with the peer group and finally presented their ideas and learning in the cards.Mr. K M Hasan Ripon, the honorable Executive Director at BSDI has conducted the workshop for Inclusive leadership. The participants received the certificate of attendance for the learning events.
