On 12 March 2020, Thursday under the tagline “Precaution Is Better than Cure”, Daffodil International School English Medium, Dhanmondi branch trained students in proper hand wash and other safety measures to be taken as precautions for the pandemic. Students were also advised to wear masks and maintain social distancing to prevent outspread of the virus.

The Honorable Principal, Dr. Md. Mahmudul Hassan and Assistant Vice Principal, Mohshina Sharmin Nishat explained the importance of hygiene to the students from Pre-School to Senior School.
