Annual Karate Tournament 2019 in Daffodil International School- English Version took place on 27 October, 2019. The convener of the event was Mr. Monir was the convener the tournament and it took a festive mode with the presence of Honorable Chairman Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, the Founder Principal Ms Shahana Khan, CEO of Daffodil Family Mr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman and dignified Mr. K.M. Hasan Ripon-Executive Director, Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI). The tournament was inaugurated through the opening speech of our honorable AVP Ms. Zakia Sultana, followed by a dance on the Kyokushin Karate theme song. Then, the tournament began. There were 4 rounds, which included 25 marvelous fighting rounds. Winners as well as the participants showed their skills so nicely. They were judged by the 6 international acclaimed Karate personalities. At last 12 winners were crowned with medals from the hand of Honorable Chief Guest of the event, Mr. Md. Sabur Khan. On the other hand, they achieved Orange belt in the “Belt Giving Ceremony” from their respective mentor Mr. Monir.
